My kids love being creative & I think more kids should be given the oppornity to paint, draw, model with clay, playdough or whatever. I know it is messy but hey kids=mess LOL. Perhaps its because if I dont create something daily I feel blah & thats why I love it when the kids are being messy………..oops creative.
Once the server decides to play the game I am going to be putting these up on The Sewing Fairy
Anyway let me show you what I am going on about. Its my new Art Smock that I designed & tested yesterday

I am very happy with how these turned out, they have embroidered paint splats on 1 sleeve, which I digitised myself :), and a paint palete next to where the name goes on the pocket.
Will be making them in red, blue, pink & purple.

Been at the machines again, this time its Library bags for some lovely young girls. I have made other products for these girls & know they really are rapt when their name is on something as you dont find thier names on stuff you can buy ready made. They should get them shortly in the mail
Hope they like them

Happy Reading Girls

Dont you just love these? They are romper suits for babies with butterfly or dragon wings embroidered on the back!!! They are part of my new range over at The Sewing Fairy. I can remember when my kids were little & they would be wearing lovely rompersuits with designs on the front but often they didnt get seen as bubs was being held up against me with their back showing. Now they can lok just as groovy from the back as they do the front :) What do you think?

Until next time
Happy Stitches

We all know that babies poop alot!!
No I dont have a baby & wont be having anymore babies, I have made this as part of my product range for The Sewing Fairy.
I am really pleased with how it turned out
Well as you know I have an online business but I have now completely changed my site name & look. I am now knowen as The Sewing Fairy
My range was & still is etending out from just baby items so with the help of the wonderfully talented Kathie Holmes www.2paupers.com I now have my new site. And when I get a couple of hours to scratch myself I will get the shopping cart up & happening too
Recently Anne from www.funkysoaps.com asked me if my crayon swag could be made to hold her soap crayons & what would I recommend making them out of.
I managed to change the design to suit Annes needs & I made them from towelling so they will absorb the moisture & if the kids want to they can use them to wash with & I did red gingham on the back to give them some colour.
Anne was happy with the look & ordered some from me

but as they say good things come in small packages!! Just like Eric a handsome young babe who had a rough start to life but is blossoming wonderfully now.
His Mum & Dad are great computer gurus & his Mum recently asked me to do a couple of onesies for him with specific sayings on them.
I reakon they turned out really well & cant wait to see pics of Eric in them

WOW look at this lot, 35 crayon swags all personalised for a childs birthday party. How cool is that?
I had a Mum contact me last week about this as she wants to give them out instead of lolly bags. I thought that is such a great idea. So I had a couple of days solid at them emb machine & this is what I turned out.
